Pratt joins PropertyInfo Corporation’s eMortgage services group as director of business development

HOUSTON (Sept. 13, 2007) – Nancy G. Pratt has joined the eMortgage services group as director of business development, reporting to Tim Anderson, lender channel vice president for PropertyInfo Corporation, a Stewart company.

She previously served as director of lender solutions with Stewart Title Guaranty Co., covering 17 Northeastern states. In that position, she worked with Trustcorp Mortgage Co. and First Republic Mortgage Corp. to bring the first e-closings to Indiana. Within the mortgage lender industry, Pratt will promote Stewart’s eMortgage products and services including SMARTDocs, eNote registry, eRecording, Stewart Electronic Vault and other end-to-end electronic mortgage solutions.

She has 22 years experience in the mortgage banking industry, working in multiple positions in management, operations and origination. Pratt also served as education liaison for a mortgage company where she was responsible for FHA/VA training for loan officers in Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Pratt has served as president of the South Central Mortgage Bankers Association. She is a graduate of Utah State University.
