SNAPP provides quotes for an itemized list of services, including estimated title premiums for loan and owner policies, agency closing costs, government recording fees and transfer taxes. Underwriters, real estate agencies, settlement agencies, home buyers and sellers all benefit from this pricing program.

SNAPP’s easy-to-use interface allows customers a simple approach to obtain a quote. Its user-friendly quote form is streamlined to clearly display calculated transaction fees.
Quickly access recording fees and transfer taxes
SNAPP includes government recording fees and transfer taxes for all jurisdictions, nationwide. With the Recording Fees and Taxes feature, customers can instantly estimate the government fees and transactions that will be included in a transaction.
Search agency closing costs
Where available, SNAPP includes closing cost fees, specific to a closing office, in the pricing quote. Customers can search for a closing office using a powerful new map-enabled tool that includes:
- The ability to search for offices by name, partial name, county and telephone number
- A visual map of the customer’s search area that displays the nearest offices relative to the address entered
- A list of agencies in the search area, limited by a customer-selected search radius from a property address
