Director of Account Management / Realty Segment

As Director of Account Management for the Realty Segment of PropertyInfo Corporation, a Stewart company, Beth is responsible for working with existing customers to maximize their benefits of using SureClose. Over the past year, Young has closely monitored the sales and realty implementation teams for added support as well as hosted monthly user group meetings to provide SureClose customers with system information and usage tips.

 

Beth has been a SureClose user since 2002 and has been involved in transaction management business for over 15 years with experience as an escrow officer and Operations Manager for a Northern California real estate brokerage. Prior to joining PropertyInfo Corporation, Beth co-founded and served as Vice President of Realt-eTransAct, providing transaction support to over 30 real estate offices in the western United States.

 

Young holds a bachelor of arts in business administration from Trinity University.

Carl Espy has been a senior level executive within the real estate franchise and relocation industries, having been a founder of both the Coldwell Banker and Prudential residential real estate franchise networks.  Within his various roles throughout his thirty year career, Espy has been an integral force in the development and deployment of industry-wide business management solutions and fully understands the issues and concerns of real estate practitioners.

 

Espy is responsible for building and managing a team to sell and to deploy SureClose® into the residential and commercial real estate marketplaces as well as to multiple listing services, lenders, home builders and other business lines that are dependent on reliable, high-volume business process/transaction management and document control.

 

Espy earned an MBA from the University of Alabama in 1975 and was a practicing CPA in Alabama and California until 1978 when he joined Coldwell Banker Corp. in Los Angeles.  He then became one of a small group of entrepreneurs in 1980 to found Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, Inc.  In 1987 he left CBRA to create Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. where he held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations.  More recently, Espy held executive roles at GMAC Global Relocation Resources (a subsidiary of GMAC Home Services) and Weichert Relocation Resources, Inc.  Espy is a Vietnam veteran having served in the U.S. Army from 1970 through 1972.  Espy also holds a real estate license in the state of New Jersey.
